Brian Kilkelly has been invited to return to China this July to support a ‘train the trainers’ programme in Beijing for city leaders. Organised by the Chinese Academy of Governance and the European Union Policy Dialogues Support Facility II, the session are designed to support the sharing of knowledge between Europe and China on urbanisation issues.
