Cities worldwide face incredible challenges and opportunities due to demographic shifts, resource depletion, climate change, and economic volatility. To respond effectively, cities need to be even more adaptable, efficient, sustainable, and connected - to become ‘smarter’ and more resilient. We help facilitate that change.
Brian Kilkelly has been invited to return to China this July to support a ‘train the trainers’ programme in Beijing for city leaders. Organised by the Chinese Academy of Governance and the European Union Policy Dialogues Support Facility II, the session are designed to support the sharing of knowledge between Europe and China on urbanisation issues.
World Cities Network and our hosts the City of London gathered city leaders and global corporations last week in London to create an action plan for resilient and vibrant cities and to celebrate the World Infrastructure Awards 2014.
