Cities worldwide face incredible challenges and opportunities due to demographic shifts, resource depletion, climate change, and the global stresses upon banking. In order to respond, cities urgently need to become more adaptable, efficient, sustainable, and connected - to become ‘smarter’ and more resilient.
World cities are leading the movement towards sustainable living and urban resilience. A major concern of this movement is the development of sustainable and smart power delivery. Our next workshop will focus on these challenges in the context of increasing urbanisation and rising energy costs
